Dire Effects of Lack of Sleep
Sleep is one of the very important times for our body as it is when all our body healing functions performing at its peak. Also sleep is very vital in keeping our body stays healthy and has strong immunity to diseases and sickness. However for some people a good sleep is very difficult to achieve. When this happens there will be consequences – fatigue, depression, lack of energy, mood swings are just some dire effects of a lack of sleep. The lack of sleep also renders our body prone to diseases and sickness because there was not enough time to regain energy and for our immune system to have rest.
